Welcome to St. Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church, Idyllwild
Welcome, friend. Whether you are searching for faith or you’re a lifelong Christian, or are new to the Episcopal Church, you are welcome at St. Hugh.
The best way to connect with us is by joining us Sunday at 10am—the Lord’s Day. We welcome visitors every Sunday, and we look forward to getting to know you.
We are a warm Christian community. Our worship grounds us in everything else that we do—whether it’s fellowship and breaking bread with one another, bringing food for the hungry, or gathering for Bible Study seeking a deeper knowledge and love of God. We are a welcoming church, and affirm the diversity that is found in God’s creation and in one another.
No matter where you are on your faith's journey we will welcome you with open arms and hearts. Come join us!

"All guests who present themselves are to be welcomed as Christ himself."

St. Benedict
St. Benedict is right, of course. The church isn't a private club for the chosen few; rather, our doors and our hearts are open for everyone and to everyone. You are welcome here. We seek to welcome each person who comes our way as we would welcome Jesus, for God is quite creative: coming to us in persons and ways we can barely imagine. Our hearts and arms are ready to receive you, it is our calling and we seek to be faithful to our calling.
A few reasons to "Come and see" what we're up to at St. Hugh.
Log into facebook to read: 11 Things I Love About the Episcopal Church by blogger Ben Irwin. We love many of the same things and, with God's grace, seek to live up to our calling as Episcopalians.
A fun read is 10 Things I wish everyone knew about the Episcopal Church.
We gather for Holy Eucharist or Morning Prayer at
