Peace and Justice
A Local Resource we support: Idyllwild HELP Center
"In 1992, a small group of neighbors got together to see if they could find a way to help people when times got tough, when there was illness, when there was no food on their table, or when someone needed clothes. Today, the dream of those founders is a reality thanks to the hard work of the Board of Directors, staff, and many volunteers working together to help our friends and neighbors in need. Indeed, the Idyllwild HELP Center currently services the needs of more than 600 people, and the dream to help even more people is still alive and well." –"About Us" http://www.idyllwildhelpcenter.org/about.html

Issues of Peace and Justice include the care of creation (in every aspect). As stated in our Charter for Lifelong Christian Formation: "Through The Episcopal Church, God Inspires all people to prepare for a sustainable future by calling the community to become guardians of God’s creation."

Our neighbor, Living Free Animal Sanctuary, is a resource for the Mountain Communities and surrounding cities and towns in Riverside County. In loving and caring for God's creatures our hearts soften and our love expands. Check out and support the work of Living Free Animal Sanctuary
